Bumper sticker paper(vinyl) without the adhesive?

I've tried bumper sticker paper for graphics but haven't had good results with it sticking to the pedal face. Even tried spraying on some super strength adhesive but because of the glue on the back of bumper sticker paper it never seemed to dry. Anyone know where to get 8x11 1/2 sheets of white vinyl paper without the adhesive on the back? I've "Googled" my brains out and haven't found any yet.

Hi! Why don't you just use photo paper? It's a bit thicker but you can have nice result with a nice black contour...just have to clear coat it...

I'm using photo paper right now. The vinyl is a little stronger and thinner though which is what I'm after.

How did you do the black border? Looks very cool.

If you want something that's thin, maybe white water slide decal paper may work for you... Something like this:
