Gov'nor Mods for maximum bass and other tweaks

Hello, I'm going to be starting on a Gov'nor with the GGG PCB http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=99&Itemid=26  and was wondering if there are any key spots to change out to beef up the sound beyond stock.
I have searched and I already know of upping the pot values. I also plan on socketing the LEDs Diodes and IC and trying a few different things out.   
Any Ideas will help.
