line 6 question..

well, im trying to repair a line 6 tone core verbzilla for a friend.  it powers on but has no sound except and extremely faint sound with the amp all the way up....  i know there was a couple of you who worked for line 6 around here.

so the question is, is there a procedure for a hard reset  on this pedal?

any replies are greatly appreciated..

oh, by the way,

ive already troubleshot the entire analog side...that leaves the sealed digital module....

FYI, you might want to try posting this in the digital part of the forum..

Do you have an extra tone core pedal handy? you could switch the modules, and know if it was the dock or module that was bad, for starters.
