What type of AC Power Cord for this project?

I'm building a power supply from GGG and need to know what type of ac cord to use for it.  Here is the project:

I have thought about this:

Or will this work just fine:

The board has 3 holes for the for the power cord and they are very small...so I know the wires won't fit through the holes.  I'm just trying to figure it out. Thanks

If you have room, I'd go for the AC entry modules.  Always better to have that 3rd wire for ground.
