DOD Digitech Delay problem

Hello all
I have this Digitech Delay, the SD 1002 I think, that has a problem. The Infinite repeat funtion is not working. The micro switch is fine but the LED indicator does not light and there is no infinite repeating happening. This pedal has a boatload of 14 pin chips, all socketed, and I'm wondering if anyone could tell me which one is the switching chip. I figure I'll start there with my trouble shooting.
