Hey guys,

I have a red ranger circuit from Tonepad and I would like to add an LED to the configuration so that when the on-on-on switch is in center (full), the LED is off and when it is on either side (bass/treble), the LED is on.  How would I go about doing this?

You'll need a switch with another pole, so a 3pdt on/off/on (according to the layout it uses an on/off/on switch, not on/on/on).  Take the extra pole and connect the outer lugs to 9v+, the center to LED+ and the LED- to ground with a resistor in between ground and the LED or 9v+ and the LED.  Your choice.
