Trying to get a hold of Steve Daniels

I placed an order with Small bear, when I received the order there was a problem. I have emailed him through his site a times with no reply. What's the best way to get a hold him?

you should just sit back and wait it out.  his site is probably the best way to get hold of him...  send him your phone # and he'll probably give you a call...

Smallbear is moving right now and I'm sure he's up to his neck in boxes and a few thousand types of parts not to mention an overflowing email inbox (I'd love to see that).
I have a pending order with them over a month old now    Me worry? No.

I did one order about 3 weeks ago that got to me in 4 days.  The last one took 11.  I'd say yes, he's probably in the thick of moving now.  It will probably get a little worse before it gets better, but it will indeed get better I'm sure.

The order cam in great time. No problem there. It's just that there was a problem, and I haven't gotten a reply from the email in over a week now.

A week seems longer than normal but given that he's moving I'm afraid you may have to wait it out.  Are you confident that your e-mail didn't bounce?

We will be moving the rest of the shop today and will be unpacking tomorrow. Normal service and e-mail response should be restored late this week.
