Hi,

I've made a Clone Theory from Paul Nelson's site (along with his great help! ), and as he said to me, I have some debugging to do!!

The enclosure is in the process of being made (just need a sand and to drill / clear coat it), so it's placed on a piece of wood at the moment...
-The pedal bypasses my guitar fine, then I engage it and the led comes on, and my guitar signal stays the same, with no effect..
-The CH/VB pot acts as a volume pot (full CH = full volume, full VB = mute), the other two pots don't change anything, and the two trimpots don't change anything either..
-The Vibraflange toggle just cuts out the signal in one position..

I've checked my wiring and my soldering, all seems fine so far..

I'm thinking it could be the vibraflange toggle, as I had to un-solder a connection, but part of it melted and the lug was moving around like a knife through butter until the plastic cooled down! it's now at a bit of a slant! but not touching any other lug/anything..

Could a melted toggle affect the effect? it's a DPDT by the way (low-cost DPDT from Banzai.... )

Just wanted to ask before I spend a couple of £ on a new toggle!

I might try and remove the switch altogether tomorrow and see if the effect works, as I think the vibraflange switch is optional..

Thanks!

Well I've removed the switch, but without it no signal passes through at all, so I'm guessing that without the switch it is stuck in the position that didn't pass signal..

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I think I'm gonna order a new switch anyway...
