I'm gonna build a A/B/Y switch from the GGG project for a guy, but he wants no switches. He wants it to always have the signal go into the input, and the out from BOTH A and B at the same time.

Is it enough to just replace the wires who leave the board, and goes to the left part of the A/B switch, and wire them directly to where the wires from the right side of the A/B switch goes to the board?

Yes, just replace with wires what the switch would have done.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.
