boss ce-2 vol pot strange reaction

just finish the boss ce-2,

and the volume pot is reacting in the last +/- 15% of rotation, before its very low volume and when a reach the last 15% , then the sound go up rapidly....

i change the pot (thinking maybe defect) but still act the same, i reverse the wire 1 and 3 and now is responding as it should be, but is counterclockwise to make the volume go up....
the pot is 100k-A
never happen before....

any idea anybody....

What schematic did you use?
The original Boss CE-2 does not have a volume pot.

i use the one from tonepad and add a volume pot at the end...

maybe if i use a 100k-B it would be better...
