High Pass Filter Value Choices?

Funny question, but when picking parts for a high pass filter are there any implications to the cap/resistor value choices? Specifically, a 150K resistor to ground after a .0022 cap has pretty nearly the same frequency response as a 68k resistor after a .0047 cap.  Any reason to choose one over the other?

I've been tinkering with my amp and got to be thinking about it in general.....
