Brassmaster/Funny Cat transistors question

Hello,

I want to build a Brassmaster, but i can't get 2N3392 and 2N5308 here.
It's OK to use 2N3904 instead of 2N3392 and MPSA13/BC517 instead of 2N5308?

For Funny Cat what can i use instead of 2SC828? A 2N3904 or a BC549C?
