Organizing your parts...what do you use ?

Post pics of your setup. What are you using to organize your stockpile of parts?

I was thinking of grabbing one of these:

I use one of these:

It's convenient to have the little drawers for caps, resistors, etc. but also the big drawers for stuff like pcbs, motors,etc.

I actually did a search, but I think it failed to turn up that thread because the title spelled 'organizing' incorrectly...oh well.

Perhaps a Mod can merge this ?
