Hi,

I've been trying to build a A/B switch following the instruction from here: http://www.beavisaudio.com/projects/Looper-Switcher/A-B-Switch-Dual-LED.png

It should be a simple thing.. annoyingly, there is a small problem. Now, it works.. but the 3PDT switch doesn't seem to switch.. meaning, I can hear output on B while I'm holding the switch/stomp in. As soon as I let go, it goes back to A.

Any ideas why this might happen?

sounds like  you have a momentary 3pdt instead of a latching 3pdt...
