Hi,

I just got a list of transistors for sale through a radio historic club where I am a member.
I just wondered if anyone here would take a look at the list and maybe could suggest which ones to go for. I have a lot of AC126's so I don't need more, but some of you may recognize some good or interesting ones here...?

AC125
AC126
AC128
AC188
AC132
AD149
AD161
AF124
AF239
BC148
BC177
BD146
BF115
BF194
BF195

Wow!  That's quite a list.

Have you searched for data sheets?

That might be your best place to start, then you'll have some idea of N / P and also hfe ratings (assuming the devices are still farily well behaved...).
Happiness is a warm etchant bath.

second letter
