Shaka Braddah III pcb board and info ?

I'd like to attempt building the Shaka Braddah III after listening to some clips. 

There was a link (now broken) that said a PCB was available on GEO's site. I checked the site and it looks like they dont have any PCB's anymore.
Does anyone have a source for a PCB board/kit for this project?
Also if anyone has built this project and could share their wiring schematic that would also be appreciated.

A lot of us built the shaka 3 years ago, but I don't remember a published PCB for it other than R.G.'s. It's easy enough to do on perfboard though.
