Does anyone have a data sheet for the W20K Tube Screamer tone pot?

Specifically looking for a chart of the taper curve. Thanks.

Pretty sure it's an "s" curve. Reverse log for half the rotation and log for the second half.
You can fudge it with a log post and a couple resistors.
I have no experience with the actual "W" pot but I like a 5K or even 2K lin
pot as the Tube Screamer tone control.

You can measure it.
   Measure the resistance from the wiper to each end as you turn it.
  Mount the pot to a panel with degree markings.
Plot the resistance per degree(s).
This will plot the taper(s)
