added some stuff to the Layouts Gallery

I moved my vero layout of the 'Flatline Compressor' to the Layouts Gallery for anyone who might want it. I also added 'the Paralooper', a version of the 'Uglyface' I found somewhere, and a tube screamer variant I put together that uses the 'stupidly wonderful tone control'.  The Paralooper and the Uglyface are not verified so if there are any errors in them, please let me know so I can fix them.

What ICs do you use?

Dual opamps. TL072 is probably a good choice.
