One package back-to-back zeners? Do they exist?

Hi!
I've been googling to find a similar solution with zeners in one package. I know there are single ones in one sot 23 which is a
wonderful solution... you don't turn them the wrong way.
I thought there would exist something similar for back-to-back zeners in one package, like a MELF, as it is a common way to connect them and they would be like fool proof like no other semiconductor.
