Layout for Tone God's Dub Machine

I have put together a layout for The Tone God's Dub Machine.  It is in PDF format.  If you print without scaling, you will get the right size toner transfer. 

This one has lots of offboard wiring, so I did that up on one page.

Is there a parts list for this? I could only find the schematic...

The parts are listed on the schematic.  The values are there.  If you need it, I can count them up for you.
