hi, sorry this is often asked question here probablly. i searched but i came across with lots of looper or ABC box etc.

I just want to build simple AB selector. I just use 2 guitars and one amp so all I need is 2 inputs and 1 output. led would be good but necessary.

does anyone have diagram or layout?

thanx always!!! :icon_redface:

the fulltone is a more intense a/b for fixing grounding problems associated with switching effects on the same amp. For a basic a/b its a little over kill.

fulltones is just this:
Eric Johnson's A/B

a basic a/b like you want can be wired like this on a DPDT footswitch:

|   |

top left pole = in #1
middle left pole = output
bottom left pole = in #2

top right pole = (-) of led for in #1
middle right = to ground
bottom right pole = (-) of led for in #2

All grounds of jacks, middle left lug (led ground) and power connect together.
(+) of leds go to (+) 9v battery or supply. [make sure and put a dropdown resistor say 3k between the led's (+) and (+) battery or supply.
