There's a tone/preamp pedal modeled after the input section of the Echoplex EP-3.

Does anyone know where I can find a schematic of it or the original preamp section?

Google "echoplex schematic". The first result is SCHEMATIC HEAVEN, which has the schematics for the EP-3 on their EFFECTS page.
