Quick question about a layout.

I found some layouts but one thing isn't clear to me. If you look at the following layout and look for example at R3:



As you can see, the path stops at R3, but if i look to an schematic on the web,you will see that R3 is connected to another part. So, do i need to put a wire above the board (where the parts are) to make it work?

R3 is actually connected to the trace that connects C2, VR1, Q1 and Q2 together.  The trace runs from the lower lead of R3 up to the trace and meets it in a "T" underneath the resistor.
If you look closely you can see it through R3, but just barely.

Right i see, thanks, didn't noticed that, really looked at it for ages  :D

Last question. By part VR1, there are 2 blank circles, what do they mean?

I think they're additional pads to accommodate other styles of trimpots.
