Qtron +

I recently aquired a Qtron + in a trade and its a little fishy.  Theres a huge drop in volume, something seems wrong with the switch, and the mini switches dont work in both positions.  Has anyone had this problem or does anyone have a schematic for it?

We resolved an issue with another EHX pedal that had some serious issues with soldering of one pot. I'd open it up and look around for some obvious errors like loose components and cables.
