True bypass looper with mixer?

What I'd like to learn how to do, is to take a delay pedal, put it into a true bypass looper and still keep the delays natural decay.
I am aware that this is NOT TRUE BYPASS. I don't care about that. I am gonna have several loops that are remotely controlled,
and I don't want the delay "chopped" when bypassed. I figure some sort of mixer circuit is necessary. Now to take this up another
level, how could I put in a dip switch that can make let me decide between "true Bypass" and "Input Mute"?

Thanks for anything you guys throw at me...

Check out the Echo Base thread here.  The switching for that circuit is exactly what you need.
