Small stone debugging

I have an original small stone(issue J).
Apparently no phase sound ... only direct sound.
checking with audio probe on pin 6 on the last IC (ca3094) before the out i have a very low phased sound...  but not in the other pin 6 of other ic (straight sound).
Any guess?

phase stage IC1 2 3
voltage on IC pin:
1=4.8V
3=3.8V
6=3.75V
7,8=8.5V

phase stage IC4
voltage on IC pin:
1=0.056V
3=3.8V
6=5.8V
7,8=8.5V

the LFO is working

I think the IC4 has some trouble...  isn't it?
