I own an instrument shop, where I have several amps (off course). I'm sick of having to locate and re-plug everytime a customer wants to test an amp.
How can I build a switch-box with one input, and several (say 5) outputs? I want to be able to have 1 foot switch that changes which output is being used.
Can anyone help me? Perhaps draw me a layout, or a schematic? This would be of great help!

I find it funny how I can have close to 1000 components, yet I never seem to have enough parts to make a project. :icon_eek:

Although not exactly what your asking for, I built a 1 in 5 out amp switch that is capable of running all 5 amps together here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=74574.0 .
