For whatever reason i can't grasp the idea of putting togather 2 battery clips to equal 18 volts. I need this for the ROG Supereaux and a the RG Keen Neovibe. 8an someone please provide a picture or drawing?

Much appreciated

Just wire them in series, like this:

Wow, that's so simple and you dont know that  :o
Putting batteries in series will provide more volts(but current will be in half on them two), putting batteries in parallel will provide more current. Same thing happens with capacitors.
If you put central tape, of two betteries wired in series, and connect it to circuits ground, you'll get a two voltages in circuit +9v and -9v

BTW, I didn't read your original post very carefully, and didn't notice until now that you mentioned the Neovibe.  I wouldn't recommend running that from a couple of 9V batteries.  It would tend to eat them up pretty quickly.  Better to use a wall-wart for that one, but be careful with the wiring, as it is a little unusual.

I agree I need to get a wallwart but I had already forgot to add that to my list when ordered. I just need something to test it with and make sure it works. I have already spenta ton of cash on this hobby this year according to the wife. Although I am working on 20 projects right now so...
