Modulation on the Malekko 616

Hi guys
Does anyone know what type of LFO the 616 uses for the modulation? I´ve been trying to implement a common LFO to change the voltage controlling the clock driver on an analog delay, but it´s kind of assymetric. For example, if the delay time is on 200ms and i increase the LFO depht I'd expect the delay would oscillate between 200ms, instead it changes to a different time setting, yet still modulating it, at least. You can see i don't know much of electronics...
Of course, i'm assuming the Ekko 616 does it like i described just by watching demo videos on youtube, since i never got one in my hands.
