end of my tether with this black cat, its a veroboard type from the schematic (done all corrections that anyone can see), but im getting no effect, any body local? im from rotherham/sheffield, give ya a tenner if i can bring it and you tell me whats up with it. more if you teach me how to propper debug?

You'd be better off and get quicker results by posting some detailed pics of both sides and your wiring. Someone here will be kind enough to inspect your work, I'm sure.
I'm from Lancs, so it's a bit too far, but then again, you wouldn't want to come to Lancs would you now.....we chop up Yorkshire folk and put them in pies served with mushy peas.

thanks for the help, ill post some pictures up after dinner, also been out and got some ad100 plug board this morning and another opamp, so if i go back to the drawing board then im not wasting stuff, pics to follow later! thanks again

First stop - put up some pictures. There's more than a good chance that somebody will spot something amiss.

If that doesn't work, you can maybe stick it in the post to me and I can check it over. I'm a long long way from being an expert, but I've done a shedload of debugging on the crock-ups I've built.

PM me if you think that's an option. Only problem is I'm a bit tied up for the nextcouple of weeks due to a bereavement.
