EazyVibe strange drop of tension

Hello!
I just finished an EasyVibe. I'll post all the debugging stuff, but first I have a question:
-The pedal do not work, everything is as on the schematic (no mod)
-I have 9.1V of input. But when I turn on the pedal, the input show 2,30V... Could it be a shortcut that make the tension drop like that (I measure it at the DC input, 9V before I turn on the effect, 2,30V when the effect in turned on...).
So I prefer to post this before measuring all IC output!

It is likely that adding that one more pedal is overloading your power supply and it reduces the voltage to protect itself.

Interesting... This is the only pedal plugged on the power supply... So maybe there is something wrong in the pedal and the power try to protect itself.... I'll try to remove the IC (I socketed them), to see. I double checked the LED, the Cap and the Diode, seem to be ok. Really strange...
I tried with another power suppply, and very strange, the tension is always moving between 0 and 2.3!!!

Oups! When I removed the IC, I read 8,45V but C9 has explode! Any idea?

Yes. C9 was polarized (both + and - terminals) and was put in backwards. Under those conditions, electrolytic caps look like a small resistance. This shorted out your power supply for the time needed to kill the capacitor.
