Univibe stuck on high speed

anyone ever had this problem? i checked the pots, checked for bad solder joints, and the light bulb and photoresistors are all still working. i would guess its a 555 or something stuck on high and turning the speed pot does nothing. everything else in the pedal works fine.

this is for the reissue dunlop one BTW.
