  Set up a vaccuum that allows room to remove the dust filter.
  Xacto knife comes in handy, don't let any pieces get into the coil !
  Get most of it out
  Use a permanent adhesive to stabilize the remaining foam/crud near the old adhesive/ install new dust filter.
