Has anyone ever replaced the stomp switch in a Tonebone Hot British?

Mine's gone flaky.  It's directly soldered to the board.  I've seen several on Small Bear that look like they could be the right one, but I was wondering if anyone already swapped one out before.

Same happened to mine.
I called and they sent me three footswitches free of charge.
They would have also fixed it but I would have to send it in and they only cover shipping one way.
They claim to have had a bad run of switches in 2007.

It was very easy to desolder and replace the switch.
I cut the old switch off first which made it easy to desolder each leg.

Good Luck

PS: interesting to note that their new line of pedals uses electronic switching instead of TB.
It's time to buy a gun. That's what I've been thinking.

Yeah, I was in contact with someone at the company named Corey Phillips/Account Services, but never heard back from him.  My last email to him went unanswered.

Hmm, I'll try emailing them again.  But, if I don't get any answer, I'll just have to go find my own.

On a side note, I had a switch problem with my Seymour Duncan pickup booster, and it turned out they had a bunch of bad switches in their first production run.  They sent me a switch as soon as I contacted Evan at SD.  Evan is a really nice guy.  For that matter, so is Seymour.  I talked with him once a few years ago, and he couldn't have been nicer.  Especially as I was a semi-amateur pickup winder....

And on a another side note, I had a great experience with a repair of a J&H overdrive.  Thanks to RG for giving me the name of the contact at Visual Sound.

cut how ? I'd thing snips would press the now 2 lug parts apart, bending the board a little...probably won't crack or lift a trace, but sawing it through seems like it'd be messier yet less stressful.

Got an email for Corey at Radial, he's going to send me a new switch.  I'll  take some pics of it when I swap it out and put in the new switch.
