SAD1024 Availability

Does anyone know of a source for an SAD1024 chip? Or have one they are willing to sell?

I have one of the original first production run ADA Flangers being sent to me for evaluation, and the owner says that he was told that the SAD1024 chip is dead. If this turns out to be true, then I'll need one of those chips to fix it...
