DC Jack pins. Which is which?

I am installing a DC jack in a Vox wah copy I built. I have one of the jacks like in the picture attached. Can someone tell me which pin the +9V from the battery attaches to, which pin the +9V to the circuit board attaches to and which pin connects the -9V from the battery and the ring of the input sleeve?

Why don't you plug your 9v adapter into it - then get out your multimeter and go from there ?

I always check out stuff like that by using the continuity checking function in my multi-meter.
