1590bb template for dr boogie

I've been tearing the site apart looking for this template. of course, i could use inkscape and mock one up for myself, but i don't feel like reinventing the wheel quite yet.

six pots in a row on the top.

I wonder why some bother with designing box layouts while rulers and sharpies are still in production. It's not like it's super tight in most pedals.

Is this a original Hammond 1590BB or a taiwanese clone? And those are switchcraft #12B jacks? Because I have the same arrangement and I couldn't fit a switchcraft #12B type but instead, I had to fit those black plastic enclosed 1/4 Jacks in a Pedal parts Plus 1590BB taiwanese clone.

I think the switchcraft #12B jacks are much better than the black plastic enclosed Jacks.

I'm more interested in the standoffs with the plastic nut- are those adhesive?  If so, where can I get them???
