AB Box need one

i wanna make an AB box to switch between guitars and i want to do it as a first build and am not surprisingly needing help. has anyone got a schematic or anything that i can use?

I would just use a DPDT switch and forgo the LED personally. Instead of a stomp I would use a toggle though and then it would be obvious which input is selected. Just a thought.

true. many people like that style but in a live application it makes more since to have an "on-the-fly" footswitch. As stated, you can just leave the led's off

Most useful pedal I ever made - I called it an A/B X/Y pedal. Guitars went into A and B and you togglerd input with a 3pdt switch (to power the LED's) and the 2 outputs were toggled with a second DPDT footswitch to toggle between amp and guitar tuner. Now well gigged and still going strong.

Yeah the fact that I just play around in my bedroom with the guitar and pedals shows through. I'll never play live so my toggle pedals work just fine.

An And/Or switch needs a second dpdt switch, I think there's some schematics examples on the Morley Pedals site, along with an A/B/Y type (ABC) pedal
