I´m building the real McTube. On this page http://www.tonepad.com/getFile.asp?id=43
it says to isolate jacks from enclosure and ground enclosure to one point.
If I use plastic jacks, what would the ring lugs of the jacks be connected to?, one point on the pcb maybe?, where the enclosure also would be grounded to?

The best way to do it would be to star ground each of the jacks, and your pcb, and anything else, at one point on the enclosure.  This can get a little messy because it's a lot of extra wires in a potentially cramped space.  So you could also try grounding the jacks together in a "chain", and grounding that, along with your pcb, and whatever else, at one point on the enclosure.

Ok, it makes sense now, thanks!

when doing my wiring on this build, do I another type of wire?, cause its high voltage?

And how do I wire in a status led?
