Lost in a sea of rotary switches for McMeat

[Strategy]

I've gone through the McMeat threads, pored over the schematic, I'm up to my ears in options in Mouser and Smallbear searches...I'll find something with the right poles/positions combination but then completely the wrong pot shaft, etc. etc.

Anyone want to post some recommended part numbers? What worked well for your build?

I know its a lot to ask you to dig up old BOMs or order forms but...I am in PART SEARCH HEADSPIN LAND

I know [most/many] of you all have been there
