Hole Plugs for unused switch or LED holes

is there any source for snap-in metal hole plugs or even plastic flush snap-in hole plugs for using boxes with excess holes not used?

Do you want to be able to use these holes later?  I have used JBweld and bondo also works for a permanent solution.

They're easy enough to pop out & re-use.

I like to use "Quicksteel"...just chop off a little piece...knead it till it gets hot ..fill the hole ..flatten it..you can even add water to make a neater smooth hole plug. You can tap it ..drill it etc.....cures real fast.

Only one problem with it...you must use it all within 6 mos...bad shelf life . But when you use it 'll last forever though.

"Barbed" auto panel fasteners work great, they are plastic and you could paint them....come in many sizes, too!

Stickers.  Stickers all the way.  Just cover them thangs up in case you want to use them again.  (I'm half-serious.)

I have a big enclosure that had way too many holes, so I covered the top with some neat looking fabric and then put a thin sheet of plexiglass over that to keep it sturdy.  Drilled holes through the plexiglass where the controls were going to go, and just held the sheet down by mounting the controls.  It looks cool, it's durable, nobody knows that there are 6 unused holes in the top of the enclosure, and I can take the plexiglass off as easily as undoing the nuts to all the pots and switches in the pedal.
