Rebote Delay.

Hey guys, I want to start working on this delay pedal.

And I noticed that it needs a PCB. And my only question about it, is as follows:
Do I HAVE to use a PCB?
and the same goes for other pedals with PCBs.
Does the PCB make wiring easier?
Or is it need for connecting things?
Or is it not need entirely?

according to your question you're a newbie at this, there are options other than PCB, like Vero board or perf board but you need something to hold and connect the parts together, some really simple designs can do without but this is more complicated

the Rebote delay is very good but it's not a beginner's project, your best bet would be to start with a kit like the GGG booster or GGG DOD 250 OD, that way you can improve your soldering skills and general knowledge before doing a delay, the GGG kits are complete with drilled box and everything you need except the soldering iron

no, you could solder it onto some perf or vero(stripboard) although i dont think i've ever seen a vero layout for the rebote. i dont doubt that someone around here was crazy enough to make one on vero though.

and the same goes for other pedals with PCBs.

just search the gallery for perf or vero layouts

try the beginner project on here. it'll show you how to work with perf.

I have built both the 2.5 and the original Rebote on perf board.  Having said that it was not by any means easy.  A diystompbox member Matt let me use a perf layout he did so it made it a little easier than working without one.  I can send you that layout although it isn't perfect.   You need to read the schematic at the same time along with the layout or it will get confusing.  My best advice is to try something more simple first as this project on perf is more for the advanced perf builder.

Thanks guys, I will take it slow and go through the simpler schematics. Like the looper with feedback,a simple booster, or a distortion pedal.

Actually more than one person did a vero layout (including myself) but the designer stated he doesn't want vero layouts shared on the net.
