Okay well I plan on building a pedal, not sure which yet but anyway. It will have a low self discharge rechargeable 9v battery inside and runs off a plugpack or the battery and of course charges when it's plugged in.

I just had a few questions if anyone could help.

The battery is 8.4v, 200mAh.

I'm planning on using a dT/dt termination charge controller.

The settings I've worked out are a charge current of 100mA and a timeout of 150 minutes and a supply voltage of 12v.

Is that about right ?

I wasn't sure if that charge current is a bit high, but I want it to be able to charge reasonably fast and is 30 minutes enough headroom assuming inneffeciencies in the circuit ?

Schematic to come once I've got some of the values right.
