Can I use Polyester Film caps in Ruby?

As title says, Can I use Polyester Film caps when making the Ruby mini amp?

or dose it have to be a metallized capacitors?

Sure, you can use them.  I doubt you'd even find an audible difference.  As long as your caps have a high enough voltage rating, pretty much any kind will work.
