I always wondered if a tantalum would be a good replacement for the original 4.0uf nonpolar electro in a wah.  These days they usually put a 4.7uf polar electro in the modern wahs, as 4.0 NP is hard to find currently.  That appears to be stock.  Has anyone else used a tantalum there?

I believe tropical fish caps are non-polar.
