Moogerfooger RingMod damaged?

Hi, i think mi moogerfooger ringmod has been damaged by a voltage rise.     

it smells toasted. light's on but there is no signal transmission, just noise. Also, there is no frequency change on the leds as i turn the knobs.  is it wasted or do i have a chance to fix it?  Thanxx!!!
