inductor value conversion?

hello!
could anyone tell me how many uh a .8h inductor would be? i cant find a conversion chart/im a dumby!

x*milli = x  * 10-3
x*micro = x * 10-6
x*nano = x 10 -9
x*pico = x * 10 -12

Shouldn't be too hard to find. Wah inductors are 400-600mH usually. Some may even be up near 800.
