Red Llama volume problem

Hey everyone. I just prototyped a Red Llama on breadboard and it sounds good, just the volume pot is not working at all. I was wondering if you guys have any ideas on what could be going on. I have checked, and it seems like everything is where it is. Here is the link. Thanks!

Probably the counter clockwise lug that should be connected to ground, isn't.
