touching a cap makes my pedal work

Hi
i'm having an issue with a project i'm working on. It sounds very muffled and low volume until i "touch" one of the capacitor: then it sounds as it is supposed to....
If i just touch it it keeps sounding godd for about 2-3 seconds, then it gets the same crap. If i keep on touching it keeps working fine.
I understand this may sound odd, and i think the problem is on that cap, but what abou it? Is it just broken? Not grounded?

Check your solder joints on that cap, you probs just have a dry joint, if this doesnt help change the cap.
