18v Shaka, if you haven't tried it, you're missing out!

I've built a few Shakas over the years a couple of Shaka III, a Shaka IV and most recently a Shaka V. I love the sound of
these boxes and the tweakability of them, but I've never tried one with 18 volts. As much as it's been discussed around
here I don't know why I never have.

HOLY COW, it's like a completely different circuit with an 18v supply! Much more headroom, warmer tone, less treble bite,
a "springy" almost Fender-ish quality. I'm gonan have to build a charge pump for my Shaka V because it just doesn't sound
"right" on 9 volts anymore.

Very interesting ! I've built two Arons brilliant Shakas (3 and 5) also. I'll try the 18V supply.
